One problem at the beginning was seeing all the monkeys hit their hands.. and to make matters much worse.. my folded hands would have been golden... That was rough, brother! I am still amazed at the loose play bo others here.. However, I think your game might be no limit. It looks like you made all the right decisions, but it's hard to get people to fold in limit hold em. Plus you had some real crappy cards, not much you can do about that. Hang in there, bro!
By the way, I nearly popped another 800. I shot 289-254-289=732. In the last game, the lanes were breaking down and I was paying the maximum penalty. I think I had 3 splits. I left a 9 pin on the 289 game.
You may be missing a fundamental piece of information that may have a direct impact on your frustration level when you fold but then see the "perfect card(s)" hit the board.
RNGs (random number generators) use "seeds" - non-sequential and unrelated values and events not under the control of the RNG itself - as a starting point for producting the next random value produced.
On many poker sites, some of the seeds their RNG uses to produce the number that dictates which card(s) are next off the deck are the mouse clicks (or button presses) of the players in the game.
This means when you fold (by clicking the "FOLD" button) you cause the RNG to produce a DIFFERENT random value than you would if you clicked the "BET" or the "RAISE" button.
Stated simply, this means that when you fold, the cards that come thereafter are DIFFERENT CARDS than they would be if you had bet or raised!
There is simply NO value in lamenting the hand you "woulda, coulda, shoulda" had - if you were still in the hand you "wouldn'ta, couldn'ta, shouldn'ta" had it!

i love these things, but i like them much more when i see a winning session. however, the losing sessions are the chance to really evaluate and when you go as far keeping up with the stats this well, you can really see yours and others play...
I have gone up limits and slaughtered myself before.. just because you have the bankroll to play 15/30 does not mean you have to. Take a few days back beating up your usual game and look at your 15/30 experience. Just let it set in. Are you being driven crazy by the variance in the game? Is it the players? Does the added aggression get to you? Do the amounts scare you? Are you playing differently because of some beats? Sometimes you just have to get out of the situation for a few days or a week and then you can clearly see what your issue is and take a fresh crack at it.. anyway, best of luck and I hope you kill the game.
I have some informational information that might make you feel better about what you're not feeling good about:
A lot of poker sites actually "seed" their RNGs with the profanity you utter when someone sucks out on you.
This means that when a donktard who has called you all the way to the river and beats your top two-pair with a two outer set of deuces, you should not yell "FUCK!" at the top of your lungs because this will change the cards you are subsequently dealt on the next hand.
So next time you verbally call your opponent a Goddamned Moron, you could be costing yourself pocket aces. You were probably cursing a lot during this session and it clearly cost you some decent cards.
