I just always follow the same pattern. Win 3 or 4 buyins over the course of a couple of days and then blow it all in one day on various types of beats. Coolers, Bad Beats and Bad Plays.. Dang

One stat I didn't see until now is this villain check raises 50% on turn (only 3 times out of 6 opportunities). Does that change your decision?

I typically fold here. Villain is tight and he's willing to put you to the test for your stack on the turn.
The bet/check-raise line is typically a good one to use against frequent floaters. Had you floated Villain a lot? Had others at your table floated him?
If you think Villain is capable of c/r with air in this spot as a means of countering a float, you could call an possible call a small bet on the river or get a free showdown.
As for pre-flop, I don't mind a 3-bet. I tend to 3-bet tight players too much and get punished.
To recap: as played, fold > call > raise.
PF call is fine. I prefer 3-betting for value (stronger hands) and with air, and calling with hands like KJ.
Pretty gross turn spot. I think I would lean towards calling without knowing anything about check-raising stats, but given what you do know, I probably lean back towards calling. It's only 6 hands, but 3 out of 6 ain't no fluke, and he has the 9.5 agg factor to back it up. This means that draws and air are going to be part of his range, along with AA-KK/TT/JT/22/33. I call turn and plan to call river unless it is really foul, like a Ax/Qx/9d.
Being the call monkey that I am, I floated his check raise..
River was another jack.
