Unfortunately, you just can't win everyday. It does seem that I have a losing day everytime I mention have a winning day or days. Coincidence? I think not.
Anybody watch 2 Months, 2 Million? I wouldn't say it was great; but it was a good first show and set a few things. I'm looking forward to watching.
One thing I failed to mention yesterday maybe even more amazing than Tiger losing was Bolt breaking the world record again in the 100 meters shaving .11 seconds off of the record. Amazing.
Here is a spot from yesterday where I was check raised from a rockish type player. He then checks to me. What do you do?
The villain's stats are 13/7/2.4 over 12K hands.

Definitely betting here, with the intention of folding to a raise. Also, probably checking back or calling some bets pending reads.
He is pretty tight, so his possible monster hands only 55, 88, and 99. He could have A9, A6hh, A7hh, A8hh as well as many other str8 or flush draws. You need to bet the turn now that the flush draw missed, but be prepared to dump it to another check raise. The problem with checking is that there are just too many ugly river cards: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, A, any any heart.
I liked "2 months, 2 million." It was fun and well-done, and I look forward to more.
In this hand, you've got to bet the turn. Villain's most likely hands are flush draws and straight draws, followed by top pair or maybe TT. Why in the world would villain check if he had you beaten?
I'd bet and probably get it in if villain check-raises
$32.50 in the pot, about $36 behind, I decided to bet $19. No decisions from there as he folded. By that point, I don't know if I could have folded to another check raise.
